Write Our Heart provides emotionally personalized greeting cards, including original poetry generated by AI, matched with curated card designs. We print and ship cards on your behalf.

2. Use of Our Service

You may use our Service only if you are 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract. By submitting your email or purchasing a subscription, you agree:

• To provide accurate information.
• Not to use our content or services for illegal purposes.
• Not to copy, reproduce, or exploit our materials without permission.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Write Our Heart offers tiered subscription plans. These may include a monthly number of cards, after which additional charges may apply. You'll be notified of pricing clearly before checkout.

• All pricing includes U.S. printing and domestic postage.
• International shipping may incur additional fees.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

4. Card Content and AI Use

You provide prompts or personal messages that help us generate poetic content using AI tools. You agree:

• You are responsible for what you submit.
• You will not include hate speech, violence, or unlawful content.
• We may refuse to process a card we find offensive, threatening, or against our values.
• While we use AI to create poetry, all outputs are unique and delivered "as-is." We do not guarantee emotional outcomes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship cards within 1–5 business days before the due date. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by postal service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

All original card designs, generated poetry, and website content are property of Write Our Heart unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse our materials without written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

Write Our Heart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
